Fundraising Ideas

 

Want to organise an event to raise funds for FoSMPS, or have an idea you would like us to consider. We would love to hear about it.

If any parent/carer has a fundraising idea, or wants to run an event that will be affiliated to the charity, we ask they they have committee approval before it goes ahead.  Please also refrain from contacting local companies about sponsorship or discounts/business arrangements without speaking to us.   FoSMPS is a registered charity and the committee and trustees are accountable for overseeing fundraising initiatives and the reputation of the charity.  It is important you let us know of your event so we can confirm it does not overlap or conflict with existing events,  business and sponsorship relationships or initiatives already in the calendar. We also need to have appropriate licences, insurance and risk assessments in place.

Not all ideas will make it into the schedule, but the Committee always strives to strike a balance
between organising events and being mindful of the financial burden these may put upon the parents/carers. Please use the form below to submit your idea and we will be in touch. Please be patient as we are all volunteers.
