Got a great idea for a fundraiser, or would you like to help organise an event in support of FoSMPS?

Our school community is full of creativity and enthusiasm, and we’re always keen to hear new ideas that bring people together and help raise valuable funds for the school. Whether it’s a fun new event, a fresh twist on a favourite activity, or a completely original idea, we’d love to hear about it!

FoSMPS is a registered charity, so there are a few simple steps we need to follow before any new event or fundraiser can go ahead. The committee and trustees are responsible for overseeing fundraising activities and protecting the reputation of the charity and the school. For this reason, it’s important that you contact us first so we can check that your idea doesn’t overlap or conflict with existing school events, FoSMPS activities, or current business and sponsorship relationships. We also need to make sure that any required licences, insurance, and risk assessments are in place.

While we may not be able to implement every suggestion, we genuinely value every idea that’s shared. The committee aims to strike a balance between hosting fun, engaging events and being mindful of the time and financial pressures on families. Your input plays a key part in helping us achieve that balance.
